Provence – NEW Images

We are just back in from a fantastic week in Provence. The sun shone and the smell of the lavender was absolutely arresting. It’s a warm time of year to do a workshop and the sunrises are early, but the lavender is just such a site and so photogenic it really makes it all worthwhile. Daragh had organised some special access into some of the locations and his enthusiasm to converse through the universal language of good Irish whiskey paved the way for many a great shot. Amazing week with a fantastic group of people. Hopefully, you enjoy some of the new images below ..

You have to play that tree in just the right spot to set off the electric purples ..

Really special to have unique access to this beautiful location. The clouds even cooperated.

We just love that hat Aidan. A perfect model for lavender emersion ..

It was nice to shoot some interesting architectural structures around Avignon. More to follow but heres one for good measure ..

The purple haze is an amazing experience but having that wee hint of yellow was also a real treat. Epic mornings in Provence ..

This is what we came for. The perfect lavnedar, the perfect single tree baked in beautiful soft light.

The tiredness evaporates as the sun rises and the shooting begins ..
