Peter Gordon runs ExploreLight Workshops with Jelena Derk from their Dublin base. The business began in the Wicklow mountains just south of Dublin with one on one training sessions and group workshops with Ed and Peter. The idea and demand expanded as Peter took his first group abroad to Scotland back in 2012. Montenegro, Iceland, and so many more amazing locations, Peter has continually expanded the program on offer over a busy 8 years.

The atmosphere on Peter’s workshops is always light and fun, with a healthy dose of Irish humor for good measure. In contrast, the dedication to getting the best shots possible is always paramount. Peter’s favourite views are simple and minimal but he also can’t resist the grand views that come with the job. He has published 3 books and exhibitions, while also winning numerous awards including Irish and European Professional Photographer of Year, plus a first-place finish in the IPA and top 50 placings in the Pano Awards.
