EPIC Faroe Islands : NEW Images

There is no place like the Faroes for fast-changing light. Bring your rain gear but also prepare for some epic changeable weather.

Here are a few new edits from Peter that hopefully give you a flavour of the place.

A mad dash from the car to try and capture this breaking light in the Faroes. Managed to get some quick hand held shots before it faded.

The long and winding road. What a graphic in the Faroes and I just love the wee island anchoring the scene in the backdrop.

Ah the epic beauty of the Faroes. Carcataristically it had been raining moments before but hey presto, and in true Faroes form, the light cleared and we were presented with this amazing scene.

I loved how these salt patterns had formed on this beach in the Faroes, Great shape for the foreground. Just blur out the sea and away you go.

Always bring your tripod at sunrise. Well, somehow I managed to leave my tripod at the sunset the evening before. Arriving at sunrise was a little shocking. A mad dash across some Faroese islands and there it was sitting where Id left it. Just made it back in time to catch the amazing rays breaking through. Kase Filters. Bag Shimoda. .
